1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pk50 ("pk50", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at pk50.app and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you irrevocably accept these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are to be read alongside the pk50 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this document and form part of the overall agreement between you and pk50.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are accessing pk50 voluntarily and in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, or you have independently confirmed that your personal use of pk50 is lawful under the laws of your specific jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of pk50, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless you have obtained prior written consent from pk50 management.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or otherwise under a self-exclusion order with pk50 or any third-party gambling operator.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of pk50 is lawful in your country, province, or territory. pk50 expressly disclaims all liability for your use of the Platform in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) pk50 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to promptly update your account details if any information changes. pk50 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your identity, address, age, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. pk50 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password or to use the available two-factor authentication feature. You must notify pk50 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on pk50 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or the equivalent in accepted digital currencies. Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) having been completed on the account. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence) and, in certain circumstances, proof of address and source of funds documentation. pk50 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where KYC requirements have not been satisfied or where suspicious activity has been identified on the account.

Withdrawals processed to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically completed within one to four hours for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. pk50 does not charge processing fees for withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers made available on pk50 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution weightings, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. These terms are published in full on the relevant bonus offer page and must be read prior to claiming any bonus. By claiming a bonus on pk50, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific terms applicable to that offer.

pk50 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to reduce variance while meeting wagering requirements, or providing false information to obtain a bonus — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.

Free bet and free spin promotions are awarded in the form of non-withdrawable bonus credits. Winnings generated from free bet or free spin credits are added to the player's bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pk50 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or event. Sports betting odds are provided at the time of bet placement and are locked upon confirmation. Live betting odds are subject to change during in-play events — the odds displayed at the moment of confirmed bet placement are the odds that apply.

pk50 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on an obvious pricing error, where the odds displayed were materially different from the fair market price due to a technical error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's balance.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for non-live-dealer games and by physical game mechanics (cards, roulette wheel) for live dealer games. pk50 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect the theoretical long-run statistical return for each game, not a guaranteed return for any individual session.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk50 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated betting system not expressly approved by pk50.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes or engage in chip dumping on live casino tables.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's pk50 account without their explicit consent.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your pk50 account on your behalf.

8. Responsible Gaming

pk50 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all registered players, accessible via the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts and automatic log-outs after defined session durations.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your pk50 account and exclude yourself from re-registering. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and is irrevocable for the chosen exclusion period (minimum 6 months).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk50 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, design elements, software, text, graphics, game titles, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pk50 or its licensed content partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pk50 content without prior written authorisation from pk50. Your use of the Platform does not grant you any intellectual property rights in any pk50 content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk50 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or gambling losses. pk50's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

pk50 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect Platform availability. pk50 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime where such downtime is beyond pk50's reasonable control.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk50 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body specified in pk50's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents pk50 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with a breach or threatened breach of these Terms.

12. Amendments

pk50 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, registered players will be notified by email. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account and cease use of the Platform.
